The Great Steam Purge

Post by Dog Pants »

Right. The other night someone commented on how they don't use the Steam group because it's too big to see everyone, and they don't know who half the people are anyway. Which is true, and I do the same. So I'm going to start culling people out who I don't recognise or who haven't logged into Steam for over six months or so.

It seems that some people have common friends with me, so it's likely that they're off-5punk friends who joined the group to play with their 5punky mate. Which is fine. So I'm going to post a list of everyone in the group who is a candidate for deletion. If you know someone then let me know and I'll take them off the list. Anyone left after a week (or whenever I remember) will be deleted. Hopefully the list will then become useful again and not full of randoms. As nice as it is that randoms want to be in our gang.

I'm convinced Knox Harrington is Nickface, but I could be wrong. I don't know who MASSIVE PRAWNS is, but I like the name.

Yep, confirmed via his aliaseses. Also known as Cat Rapist, apparently.

Hmm, profile is private so I don't know.

Nickface, if it's you and you read this before I remove you, let us know. If it's you in the future and I've removed you, sorry. Let us know and we'll get you back in. We love you. If it's not you then it doesn't matter.

Knox Harrington is Nickface, I chatted to him before so I can confirm this, and Monkey Balls is a friend of mine.

I also want to keep MASSIVE PRAWNS.

I don't mind leaving people in who are actually connected to 5punk in some way, there just seems to be a lot of people in the group who I don't remember from the forums. Mind you, I spotted that it was invite only, so potentially everyone in the group has some connection to 5punk. In which case I might be better leaving it alone.

They're in my friends list, although I may have only accepted them because they were in the 5punk group
