the butcher pack looks very interesting, seems like it'll add a load more utility to the car4, which could well make it nigh essential, Mk12? yes please. :)

See, the only problem is, that i find the CAR4 is ALMOST the 'Best' gun in the game already, if you get the mods for it. Even if you dont its still a damn good gun

Pros:
Can be cut down to be the most concealable rifle in game (commando 553 comes close, but thats a DLC gun)
Can hit 40 damage, without sacrificing accuracy or stability (40 damage is a breakpoint to 1 headshot blues on overkill, and 2 shot those brown armoured fuckers)
Large ammo pool
Quad stacked mags (60 rounds in a rifle mag? murder dozers erryday)
One of the best ammo salvaging rates from cop pickups.

Cons:
Its a fucking M4. boooring.

AK7.62, FAL, G3, M308, Galil, Eagle: they're all great guns, hamstrung by a serious lack of ammo. and concealability. and hi cap mags. and ammo pick up rate. and reload speed.

Obviously its not quite as good as a Saiga with explosive shells and you've got Bulletstorm or Swan Song active, but still....

This is true, I love all of my Car 4's, but I wouldn't mind building one for longer range accuracy, without having to make the break to a proper battle rifle.

I'd rather not see any more mods for the CAR, but a rebalance of some of the other guns. The CAR is the best, boring, but good.

As to the Hypetrain event, it's basically just rolled over 1,000,000, up from the 600,000ish it was at before the Hotline Miami 2 stuff was announced, this means we'll be getting a new heist involving stealing cars. That's more up my street.

On Normal, it's controllable, need to leave a guard alive out back, leisurely drive out. fucking awesome mission.

On DW: 11 guards, static one posted on the manager's door, 1:30 from it going loud to having to be in the containers. ~2 hours of attempts, anham saw the van once, next best was 70m away.

Thinking about it, that static guard outside the managers office ruins the chance at stealth, sooooo:

ECM rush from the beginning. Storm in, pop the (inside) guards before they can alert and ruin the glasswork, get the name, and start the hack running. while its still running (and you're maintaining ECM cover), run back to the van, and wait for the C4 (If you start grabbing the C4 while someone else is grabbing it, but BEFORE they finish picking it up, you get it as well) 4 people drop 1 c4 each, sprint back to the storage room, wait for bain to open the door, and grab the keys.

Pick your car of choice, and hope to god you don't fuck the driving up! (everyone in the heist, must get to the docks, if you're bad at driving, jump in the passenger seat of someone elses car!)

Shits fun, but not a big payout. not surprising considering its like 5mins work at best!

I was reading earlier, suggestion is 2 for C4, for keys, meet at cars. Time saved on the c4 is enough that you have a full 90s for your drive, hopefully.

But yeah, a clean ECM rush would also work.

I'll call the shotgun tactic legit, on the basis they've never fixed it. :)

So, to summarise.

Things we've learned:

1: Bottom door works like the balcony/top doors on SR, you open them they become valid routes. Solution: Spotters have to go the long way.

2: Timer is tighter than an nun's cupcake while she's skinny dipping in Siberia. Solution: 2 grab the keys, 2 get C4, meet at cars (yay additional bandwidth on C4 placement.

3: None of us can drive. Solution: 2 cars rather than 3-4 = less crashing, hopefully.

4: Cuntguard. Solution: Shotgun

5: Glass. Solution: Hide like a bitch as long as needed.



Anything I've missed? :)

DW = Bullshit, everything else is doable solo in ~5 minutes with ECMs as a backup plan.
