They're waiting for you, Gordon...

I'd really like to see this. Half Life remains one of the best games I've ever played, so to see it overhauled and updated will be pretty cool.

Only up to a point. It stops before the end (possibly episodic?).

I like the Chuckle Brothers mug and the British snacks in the vending machine.

Oh and spending 20 minutes putting things on peoples heads.

Is there a gnome?

Also, how long before the huge popularity of this prompts other classic remakes? I bet the guys who made it are wondering how rich they'd be right now if they charged a dollar for it.

No gnome that I've seen, but there are quite a few little things to find.

The developers of Black Mesa wouldn't have got away with charging for it, Valve would have seen to that. A lot of work has obviously gone into it though.

I would guess it won't be long until their phone rings and it's Valve offering them jobs.

Hope so, they've certainly worked hard and deserve it.

Been playing this for a few days, tis very good, and even manages to still make me jump now and again :D

Also the Rexxling caught a glimpse of it and was hooked despite all the zombies (or "Raaaa's", his generic term for monsters etc) which he normally gets freaked out at, telling me which rooms to go and which not to (e.g. not to go in the office room where the water was electrified)

and he now knows the word "Head-crab"... Who says games don't teach!

Haha, teaching kids about games is awesome fun. Mrs Pants is always having faux sulks over how I 'got' Sprog, by which she means have started turning her into my geek protege.

That was rather fun.
