Ok, listened to the first 6 minutes of it (will listen to the rest when my lungs return to my chest through laughing). Surely if something "hits the front" of a car, that means the car hit that said thing. Which would appear to be a moped. Also, Gaffer tape, although quite adequate in a lot of circumstances, is somewhat scary as a motor vehicle repair kit. Maybe if the car wasn't made of gaffer tape then the moped wouldn't've hit it?
