That aside, thanks for the warm welcome everyone! However, I'm likely to be pretty quiet the next few weeks, as I'm on holiday the next four days, then off to New York to play video games for work the four days immediately after that. Ho hum....

I beg to disagree! Being derived from US backstreet phrase "Werd to yo' muther, Deject", it is in fact spelt entirely correctly. Grimmie is clearly failing in his mentoring duties. You may whip him on our behalf, though I do believe he considers that a reward rather than a punishment.
