As Trev is on a little break, I thought I'd browse RPS and do a quick link spam of interestings newsy bits from the last couple of days, so without further ado:

Dunno about this. Seems to have gone from being a game where investigation was a large part to out and out combat. Hopefully that's just the marketing department at work and the trailer being designed to make people go "wooo, shootings!" rather than a big change.

Metro:Last Light news
Sounds interesting. A bigger, prettier version of Metro. Interesting is that THQ seem to be giving the dev's lots of room to make it as they see fit.

Jagged Alliance remake gets gameplay video with a German voiceover.
Obviously it's not turn based anymore, but it still looks really quite interesting with the way you can issue orders in real time or paused. Honestly, after not playing a good tactical game for ages two come along at once, we've had Frozen Synapse come out recently and now this is looming.

RPS talking about Skyrim by way of watching someone else have their grubby mits on. Fuck, it's sounding good. I think this'll be a must-buy.

Some SW:TOR stuff. Video about Tatoonine. Has vehicles.

I'm interested in Jagged Alliance (funnily enough, not really interested in the others). The move from turn based to tactical could go either way, but I'm keeping an open mind. I remember the old games being stupidly hard due to piss-poor accuracy on the parts of my troops, so if that improves this might be better than the originals.
