this may be a pretty dumb question, but i noticed that on some servers artillery is disabled, so am i missing something here or is this perfectly normal?

Hmmmm, I've noticed that it's rare. It never occured to me that it was disabled, I just thought it was crap commanders.

Artillery, as in the one that kills you, doesn't exist it Titan mode, all Titan mode has is the EMP Strikes, which rarely gets used anyway.
