I wanted to personally say you guys :boogie:

Everyone who was there we had uncontrollable :lol: on vent the whole time, we mined a few belts empty :sweep: and shared some bad times :cry:. Those that couldn't come you missed out and hope to see you at the next one. Overall though the op was a great success. By rough estimates I figured we mined a little over 1.3 Billion in in minerals. :likesitall:

Megacyte and Zydrine both over the 180k mark. Oh yeah I said it and we did it. Close to 30 mil in tritanium. Those are some impressive numbers and I know in the future will do even more in less time.

I am sure fea/friz will offer the members who participated to have a choice of getting their share in minerals or just be payed right out of corp wallet. I suggest you go check out the spreadsheet to see what your gonna get.

Some thing I did notice that we might want to work on for the next op.

1) Get higher percentage of cooperation, we had good turn out but was only about 1/3 of the corp.

2) We need more haulers, not really the ship but the pilots to run it back and forth to POS. I will not go into details on how long it took to haul :eyesbleed: Lets just say some of us decided industrial 5 -> transport ships looking even better. I know its boring and it sucks but hey, your making the same as the miners so just do a little before you go.

3) whats with the golden cock? Image

After a weekend of uncontrollable giggles, pictures of me posted in alliance chat and lines such as "tickling the prostate" I can honestly say, I had fun on a mining op :)

Good work guys, sounds like you had fun.

I may be interested in buying some minerals from the corp if you intend to be hauling them to empire - I'm not overly far off being able to afford all the high ends for my freighter. Also, I wouldn't mind anyone who can help me mine low-ends in high sec helping me out :)

I set my overview to mining lock a roid and switch right back to my normal overview so I can see rats/griefers. As long as you have it set to distance it shouldn't take too long to pick and lock a roid before flopping back over.

And as for bumping aligned barges, don't crowd the can and maybe we can get to it without bouncing off of everyone when trying to get to and from the can. :P

fea, yeah that comment on more participation was made after jaegar, kenny, dolly and aki hauled 1.4 mil m3 of ore last night with silver cheering us on in his pod (couldn't of done it without you bud). we had good turn out but i know we can do better. all weekend we never had more than 2 hulks out there at a time when we had 5 total down in rifis. we get all 5 out there then hauling is gonna be really fun hehe. 16 days to dolly is in impel (50km3 1 haul seems nice when hauling that much ore.

overview conversation - you do know you can save a setting for low end/high end mining, pvp, travel, missions and such - those are the 5 i use and i can change one to another in 2 clicks = 1 sec.

still awesome job this weekend and I'll be getting back to you soon with future ops and details with them. You can count on 1 day ops depending on participation and if we reach our goal. I may get over ruled on this but no mandatory mining op this weekend. That doesn't mean no mining cause I'll be out there, we need to show those 3 are our belts and we're not a 1 weekend a month mining corp. You can definitely count on a mining op in 2 weeks for 1 day. I'll start a poll in next few days to find out which day will be best for max profits.

can i get a mail letting me now how the ice (pos) fuel situation is? i need to get harvesters for the hulk before i can do it myself

As far as I'm concerned it'd be better for people to get used to it, it's not boring, we proved that. It wouldn't necessarily always run - Alliance obligatory ops take precedence, as would hostiles running around the system. (Once 5punkfleet is up and running anyway.) Plus the corp needs the funds, the minerals and the turnout so we can buy more corp BPOs and build a corp fleet for pvp. And we want dozens of Hulks, transports, battleships, even some day cap ships. Maybe not titans though Dres... To do so we need truckloads of minerals, only by getting out there every week will that happen.

Point taken though, hauling it all at the end of the night will be a bitch. But we'll figure that one out I'm sure.
ROFL over ruled. Mining OP this weekend and every weekend afterwards then.

Now there's some complicated system by which everyone has the option of taking their share of minerals or selling them to the corp at the going market rate. However, this time the corp needs lots of minerals to kick start our building programme so we just gonna pay everyone the isk right from the wallet. The rates are based on average market prices - what you'd realistically be able to sell them for in empire. Sadly both Zyd and Mega are pretty crap at the moment. If anyone really really needs the minerals, argue it our with Pass. But remember that T1 cruisers and below, ammo and most modules are free, and anything bigger you can generally get cost price off the corp.
