Please choose 1 and leave a reply stating why. This isn't mandatory to tell me why you voted that way but it will help me get an overall picture of where people are coming from and trying to go.

I am going for all to corp. All minerals to be used for ammo for everyone, ratting BS that once built corp owns unless a member wants. That person helps in the op then they get a corp discount on buying that ship. This discount would be below empire/0.0 prices. i was thinking maybe 30-40% off empire price.

also the station next door is empty all most. with the right production and prices we could own that station and make billions off of everyone. More ISS is gonna come which means more buyers.

So in short the people assisting won't see monetary gain at the end of the day but by the following weekend they will have a new BS, or get rich off of the production sales.

Damn got to go to class now so I'll add more later when I get back. Till then take a second and vote for what you want.

i've not voted for any of those narf. i was thinking sommat like a 70/30 or 75/25 or 80/20 split, with the lions share to the corp, and the rest to the individual members. means the corp is getting a metric shitload of stuffs, but individuals are still making enough ISK to a) make up their rent payments, and b) actually afford some of these fine and wonderous ships even with a corp discount

I'm with Jaeger - even a small % will encourage people to get stuck in. E.g. 80/20 one week, 20/80 the next.

i see some misinterpratation in what i wrote so let me clarify, the 100% to corp would be for this weekend only not for future ops.

Still think we should do a 80/20 split for this weekend. I want to do everything to encourage people to come along.

I agree with Friz and Jaeger. 80/20 sounds fair.

f.x. If I log in once this week and it's during an all hands op and get nothing for it then I have no isk to pay fees that week and have to give myself a strike. If that happens 3 times in a row then the CEO would have to kick himself out!

So 80/20 corp/attendees. Until we get Quins system working.

Of course if you log on and don't attend then it's a strike anyway. :P
quin system? shed some light to me please or is this super secret top stuff that the boobie keeper can't know =(

80/20 is fine by me as well. just don't expect to get you cut right when we say we're done give it 24 hours so I can calculate and divide the amount equally. i'll leave this poll open for 24 hours so everyone can reply.

rather not start another poll but how does everyone feel about how the 80% player be divided up. equal percentage or % based on what your contributing or % of time mining or something i haven't listed.

I know there are members that have no mining skills and that is fine cause we need specialization in all areas.

Quin's working on a spreadsheet that does all the maths for you Dolly. If you two have a chat, you can probably work out a system by which you (Dolly) organise the ops, and Quin sorts out the ore/mineral allocation and talks to Pass who is responsible for working out what the corp needs to build. I'm keen we delegate these jobs out properly and share the workload a bit. It's more efficient and means no one person is doing all the work.

Might the contracts system be useful for this? You could create free form contracts available to the corp and anyone who want something to do can accept them and you can easily keep track of who's doing what.

I voted for all to the corp, cos I kinda think it should. I remember Fea saying something along the lines of 15mil isk for each member who turns up when the feas were 15mil so I like that kind of thinking, but if it turns out we get more each then I won't complain :P

Sod that. Get paid for the work you do in proportion to the overall output from all people: And voila; Quins spreadsheet! Pump in hours work and total output and it tells you what the split is! Genius. I don't want anyone turning up for an hour and demanding an equal share when other people forgoe sleep for 3 days in order to make it happen.

This may now be a dictatorship, but I'll massacre anyone who says it isn't a fair one. ;)
nah, its a democracy. one man, one vote

I agree with the concensus. If we split up some of the isk to the members for their work, they're more likely to attend, or even mine in the time when they have a couple people on together. If some ops are simply 'for the corp' then people might avoid those or make other plans. But if every single time we get together we all get richer? Everyone will be calling in to work to skip Fridays to start the weekend earlier!

Wooyay for mass roid rapage! Toss teh lube away, we're going in dry!
