As some of you might have noticed I've returned after a long absence (18 months or so!) don't expect people to remember me though, only played for a month or so

Just saying hello really :)

While I'm at it does anyone know anywhere in the north east that sells the time cards?

lo

If you mean north east england I don't think any shops sell them. I get them from here: http://shatteredcrystal.com/ They're the cheapest and most reliable supplier I've found, they only need to phone you on your first order to make sure you're not a scammer or something.

I use shatteredcrystal as well, have done since paypal became unusable to pay, good price and never had a problem.

Yeah, Hehulk pointed me there too, can't use online payment at the minute though; had my wallet pinched a few days ago so all my cards are frozen :(

Written it down for future reference, but for now I need somewhere I can pay in cash unfortunately

Hmmmm.

Tiemcards? Are they cheaper then or something? I just pay online 3 months at a time with eve-online.

Am I being silly?

only reason i use timecards is because due to my financial instability as a youth, i cant seem to get hold of a credit card, and when CCP stopped accepting switch/paypal directly, i had to find another method of financing my habit. also shattered crystal lists the price in dollars, so at the time of writing you can take advantage of the strong pound. $38.99 for a 90day card, comes out to something like £21.

also, welcome back snofty! no i dont remember you, but welcome back anyway

They work out a little cheaper becuase the £ -> $ exchange rates for buying ETC's are better than the £ - Euro rates for subscription. Saves around 10 quid in 3 months iirc. If you click on the Shattered Crystal Link in the ISS charter, then ISS get an advertising bonus too :)
