This is slightly insaner than usual, but I've run out of Parmesan, and looking around the internets, I've found some lovely old stuff Pretty cheap.

Downside is the shipping being fucking expensive (£15, for seemingly as much as you order), so anyone else want some cheese? I'll let you do the maths yourselves.

Obviously, it's not gonna be cheaper than tescos, but a massive chunk keeps well wrapped in cheese cloth in the fridge, and the older stuff my parents bought me a while back was bloody great (and I've almost run out).

Not a big user of parmesan, but would fancy some of those salts.

I was looking at them too, look fun.

Just post what you want and when I get around to ordering (probably tuesday), I'll work the pennies out or something.

I might have a 36 months old chunk of cheese inside my fridge, does that mean I can sell it for 20 pounds if I peel off the green stuff?
