You win a large door stop.
I've had no experience with water damaged hardware but you could try leaving it a warm, dry place for a long time, in bits.

OOH OOOH ME PICK ME! If I'm lucky it will cause me to become supercharged with electricity and give me super powers. That or fry my nuts, I kinda like the tingle that gives.

Split it down and leave it somewhere dry for a week or so

It's probably not the kind of material that would absorb water so shouldn't matter but it wont have helped.

As long as power hasn't been applied it should be okay. Corrosion might be a problem I suppose, and I don't know how a hard-drive would like getting wet but I think they should be sealed well enough to survive a bit of rain damage. Best way to see if it's dry is to touch it with your penis. If your penis is wet when you break contact it isn't dry. Or it's turned you on.

should be fine, give it at least a week, 2 will be better.
remember motherboards and such get washed during manufacturing anyway, this is just a bit different.
hell, if you spill coke into your machine, your best bet is to stick the bits in the dishwasher or a bath of water for a few hours.

My personal suggestion is just to cry, not on the PC mind, that won't help matters. At least a metre away, and just cry. (I are not Soloman, honest)

Overclock it hard, it'll soon dry out. I think Chicken posted a how to guide just recently.

This, definitely.
I'd dismantle it completely to avoid corrosion, wash any parts that look like they need it with distilled water (if there's any parts that look really bad, use denatured alcohol and a
lint-free cotton swab), and leave everything to dry in a warm, clean room until you're very, very super sure that it's dry (and then a little while longer - remember water may have gotten in behind surface-mounted components). Then rebuild. Hopefully everything will survive, and if not then you should still be able to salvage most of the parts.
