Cartographer for 3.3

As you've probably all noticed by now, Cartographer hasn't been updated for 3.3.
There's an alpha available, that's better than nothing, but not great.
More to the point, I've downloaded it, applied a fettle suggested by a dev, and uploaded it Here. Probably not bug free, and probably has no nasties in.
Nonetheless, it works, which is good enough for me.
