narf, I'd rather have everyone bookmark 5punk.co.uk and then visit the board by clicking the forum link, as I have some plans for the future that involves the website as well as the forum

Unfortunately we've already set everything to point to /phpbb in the database which is why Stoat had to do some magical trickery with SQL in order to get stuff to work.
It's possible, and I have to admit, having the forum named badgerofdoom is quite appealing, but it would involve a fair bit of work, and I've already hassled Stoat enough as it is, and I'd rather have a stable forum that
seems to be working now :D
Good suggestion, just a shame we didn't think of it before the move
