i just got my computer back from the shop today. i worked 8 hours and school another 5, all i thought of was eve and now, NO GOD DAMN EVE!!!!

Yes this is Revelations 1... new BCs, new BSs, salvaging, contracts, seamless map etc, basically pretty much everything we've been able to play with on the test server.

sweet now i have 300mil lets get me some battlecruisers (amarr) FTW

tried to download client this morning before work. 2x ended up as corrupted and needed to download aaron. so i was 30 minutes late leaving my house. got stuck in 3 miles of stop and go traffic. late to work by 90 minutes. and the damn client is still not working. also my weapons upgrade lvl 5 is complete so heres to 8 hours of non-training time. so no more FU™ CCP here a full FUCK YOU YOU DAMN ICELAND FAGS! FIX THIS SHIT SO I CAN TRAIN OTHER SKILLS!

Well, I downloaded the patch, installed it. Went ooooooo, predy. Warped. Crashed. Log in. Crash. Log in. Finish warping to gate. Crash. Log in. Warp back to gate. Crash. I got to a station, docked and called it a night.

Download patch for Akiki. Installed it. Undocked to go get my barge for sat's mining.(well what I'm up for) Warp to gate. Crash. Said "Screw Eve" to Dres on X-Fire. Proceded to watch Black Lagoon ep.20.

So in the spirit of this thread. FU CCP!


I'm gonna screw with my video settings next time I'm on. Maybe with the new engine my box can't handle 1600x1200.

That's odd Aki - there's no new engine on this one. Have you tried clearing you cache completely? The overview has been reset anyway and you can now delete all those instas (warp to 0 ftw!) so there's great loss of settings if you do. Might help. The new gang overview is rockin'!

Are you using a dual core processor? aparently they cause problems. The current work around is to press alt, ctrl, del then click the processes tab, right click eve > set affinity, set it to use only one core.

I tried the cache, I tried running it on one processor (dual procs not dual core for me), I tried disabling the sound too. I'm not sure what the problem is, but it's not fun being stuck in a warp/crash loop.

after talking to rabbit i just downloaded it from the eve site and had no problems. that automatic crap is exactly that crap but i am in now and working on hull upgrades lvl 5. just wish i could train them faster
