Gumpcom LAN Party needs YOU!

OK, so you may or may not know that I, with a few other mad jocks , run Gumpcom LAN Party.

Our next LAN - GumpcomLAN 25 - will be held this Friday (13th-15th November). Yep, 48 hours of gaming MADNESS.

We've got a bit of a problem just now - lack of numbers. We really need to boost the number of people attending this event as soon as we can!

The current price of the event is supposed to be £33.50. To help encourage people along, we have reduced the tickets to a special price of £28. Not bad!

How to sign up
  • Sign up to the Gumpcom Website like normal.
  • Sign up to GL25 like normal.
  • Come along and don't sleep for 48 hours :)
As I said, we're cutting it close on the numbers front, so anyone signing up would be greatly appreciated! I will express appreciation in any one of the following ways:
  • I will do a sexy dance
  • I will do a sexy dance
  • I will do a sexy dance
==========
Our usual blurb...

Gumpcom is Scotland's Premier LAN Party organisation, with more than 880 registered members. Prices for GL25 are currently £28, but the ticket prices rise the closer it gets to the events. In other words, the sooner you sign up, the cheaper it is!

This event will feature organised tournaments with custom-made trophies. GL25 Tournaments are Warsow 3v3 iCTF, L4D 4v4, Multiwinia 1v1, CoD 4 4v4, TF2 (Team setup TBC), Trackmania Nations & Rock Band 2 4v4.

EVE Online
A number of EVE online players attend Gumpom. We will be organising small EVE events throughout the weekend. Cruiser tournament anyone?

We will also be holding a raffle featuring prizes from our sponsors (Crucial Memory, Steel Series, Patriot and many more). You only have to be there to get your entry and win some amazing prizes!

We have a high-speed, fully Gigabit network with dedicated game and voice comms servers, support by our custom intranet website with dynamic game server information, caffeine meter, shoutbox and tournament management. All supported by our custom built power system.

Gumpcom's dedicated Staff Team will also be organising a Dominos Pizza run - delivered to the event! There will also be the legendary Gumpcom Shop selling you all the juice, caffeine and munchies you could need to keep you gaming into the small hours of the morning.

There will also be a live broadcast of the Sideshow & Gump Show on Total Gaming Radio (http://www.totalgamingradio.com) right from the event. Attendees will be able to listen directly through the intranet and the PA system @ the event.

Visit http://www.gumpcom.com for more details! This is a LAN party you DO NOT WANT TO MISS!

If you have any questions, please post on our forums @ http://www.gumpcom.com

Look forward to seeing you,

The problem isn't the dragons, it's getting the gonk anywhere without a forklift.

Sorry, I'm instinctually avoiding parts of Narnia where unconfirmed sources say monsters live in lakes.
