Base Armor for Archon (one I'm looking at ) before Revelations = 27,500 HP
After = 137,500 HP

It affects all ships, but capital ships get what looks like a 500% boost, as opposed to 25-50% for all other ships. And yes, Berk is right. Revelations is the expansion that was previously known as 'Kali'.
