It's been a large slice of fail pie for the last 12 hours or so. The first 6 it was "down for maintenance", now I just get stuck in a loop on one of the personal info pages.

I got upto scan your PC, but since I'm on my work pc I'll just do it at home.

I'm getting scan pc, then it's kicking me back to the first page.

The cynic in me is inclined to believe it is part of the master plan. Create world-wide nerd rage because you can't register and get word-of-mouth on almost every gaming forum.

The more sensible part of me just thinks that no matter how hard they try, the money for an, as yet, unreleased game just won't cover the costs of 5 billion wannabe Jedi's trying to get into the beta.

I would say that given I signed up aaaages ago I'm annoyed they didn't tell me a day or two early about the beta.

I just received 28 emails from them stating account updated.

KOTOR2 was an unfinished, shortened and broken game, even the official patches didn't fix and include anything back into it and the ending was pieced together missing out a bit of plot as far as I can tell. Waiting on the long-awaited fan overhaul+improvement mod to finish up so I can actually play the proper game as it was designed. Obisidian again proved they can't actually finish a game in the allotted time nor do they seemingly care too much about it after it's been released, see NWN2 for more details on that.

Was still fail when i tried it this morning

Got another 23 emails from them saying I'd updated my account. If only this was a problem that ended in me managing to get it completed as opposed to going round in fucking circles.

I got it finished finally.
