I think I read about the inclusion of this note.
If you don't agree can you get a refund?

What do they mean "may" incorporate? They don't know?

Whenever I've bought something from Game, they always spend 10 minutes telling me to check the minimum system specs of my PC to ensure that I can run the game, as otherwise they won't offer a refund.
I think they should be made to read out that statement before accepting any money for BEEF2142.

It's EA after all. I'm not sure they know anything they release will actually do what it is supposed to do.

I wonder if someone will/could hack it to show donkey-pr0n instead?
And yes, I believe they have no idea what will happen till it is in the game and they've received a barrage of complaints about big white boards with red crosses in little squares ruining the image of the maps.

Presumably they'll make it impossible to join game servers unless you can verifiably connect to the ad servers - otherwise a simple edit to your firewall or hosts file would block them all.

As my local gmae is full of wankers, I'm going to buy a copy, then take it back and demand a refund, but keep a note of the cd key
