Basically there are files in your screenshots folder (?:\???\Cryptic Studios\Champions Online\Live\screenshots) which look like comic book covers, but they also contain embedded costume design data. This file can be sent to others and they can load in your character design into their game. Presumably this works at the tailors as well.
Camp clone invasion of Millennium City maybe? I'm sure that'd go down well on the dance floor in the club.
