Lotka Volterra has declared war on Knights Of the Southerncross.
After 24 hours fighting can legally occur between those involved.
For your convenience we have included the appropriate CONCORD War Rules:
The weekly cost is xxx,xxx,xxx ISK and you will receive a bill which needs to be paid promptly to maintain the war. If the bill is not paid before it is due then the war will be cancelled. If the war is cancelled then do not pay any outstanding bills for that war.
When an active war has been cancelled, there is a 24 hour grace period during which you can still be legally attacked.
If you are at war with a corporation that joins an alliance then the war will change from being against the corporation to being against the alliance.
If you are at war with an alliance and a corporation leaves that alliance then you will still be at war with the alliance but also temporarily at war with the corporation that left. The war against the corporation that leaves an alliance lasts 24 hours during this period you can attack them until the war expires.
Should you wish to resume hostilities against such a corporation then you need to declare war again.

According to EvE-O forums they've been getting their asses handed to them with no coalition back up, nap'ing to get their stuff out and survive doesn't really seem worth LV and -V- turning on them... does it?

Sounds a bit like "KOS are crap, ah fuck 'em, lets all shoot em up". Kinda nasty to turn on your allies like that when they're deep in the shit. Then again, I have absolutely not the faintest clue what's been going on with the RA thing - for all I know KOS may have just robbed LV blind with all their internal spies. Have fun, and when you're done come pod chongus for me

Shodow went to KOS not K.O.S. KOS is KOS to ISS but K.O.S. is NAP so not KOS as per NRDS rules. Get it?

shodo went to Celtic Anarchy who's ticker is KOS, KOS is also the alliance Knights of the Southern Cross, who LV have just war decced after how many months of being allies in the coalition.

From talking with some of the directors last night, KOS wern't allies, they were leaches. LV gave them the space they had, then every time they lost it we got called in to go get it back while they carebeared elsewhere. Then when we refused to go re-take their home system for the
nth time they give us 2 fingers and nap'd with RA.
Would you want allies like that?
