Pete edit - apologies for moving, just trying to keep the reviews thread slim. I'll be trimming out some of the tangents to try and create a slim IMDB-esque thread at some point, but with slightly less idiot.

4/10
I wasn't going to mention the twist because as soon as you do anyone who watches it will be looking for it from the start. I agree it's bloody obvious, but the film isn't centered around it. It bugs me when people say something wasn't good because they could tell what was coming - it's not an observation exercise, it's just a story to be enjoyed.

Was it meant to be obvious? Then I'd have to look at it a different way. But if it wasn't, then it was poor execution and made the movie fully predictable and unless you are a cop hater, its not a good movie.

Since most movies these days are not even remotely a bit original, a twist is what makes it less of a remake or copy. How do you not look for a twist?

Burn Notice was doing the double-twists last season(maybe 1st also) which was quite refreshing as they took the effort not to be obvious. This season I have not seen that effort at all.

Well given that one of the cops is a super clean mister guy I don't really see the connection.

If you mean the Captain, he was a dufus that had no real control over his suborinates. The 2 cops in station were complete idiots and the 2 patrolmen were fuktards.
