"Our initial review suggests this is a blatant use of the Windows operating system to change the market dynamics of browser usage," Mitchell Baker, chairperson of Mozilla, developer of open-source Firefox browser, told the paper.

The article doesn't even say how the operating system gives unfair advantage to internet explorer. What does it do, break Firefox's kneecaps or something?

The other thing is how would anyone be able to browse the web to get a different one if they have no browser? If you're tech savvy and already have one downloaded then fine, but otherwise you have no way to get one.
