C1 is the easiest, C6 the hardest. Nfc how you tell which class you've found though.

I've heard good things about people hunting in Wolf Rayet C3 systems. Lots of low sec WHs seem to link to C3, and for some reason that's where the carebear exodus is occuring.

That's easy: C stands for consumed, the number stands for large buckets of slapper fuel (aka, wdk and the ilk).
