Apparently.
The only thing that looks good about it is Jack Black - and so shuold be funny.
Edit: OK the reviews look good - it's the poster cover that puts me off.

I can add to that (and was doing before we had a power cut ).
The 70s Mexico setting is ace - lots of funny characters wearing rediculous clothes. I can't quite place what it is, but the extras really make the film. They're all so anti-hollywood. And Nacho's sidekick steals the show for me.
a film just came out on dvd called the ringer, stars johnny knoxville as a man who tries to win the special olympics, despite being quite sane. its full of jokes about the mentaly retarded, so i can see it apealing to most 5punkers. suprisingly funny, in a genuine funny way, not a 'hahaha! that dude pissed himself!' way

Yeah I saw Snakes on a Plane today. It was very funny, but like I kept saying, its not a great film. Purely because its not trying to be serious in any way, its almost a parody. Very enjoyable but definitely not to be taken seriously.
