DICE 2009 Keynote: Gabe Newell
Gabe Newell, the founder and managing director of Valve Software, gave the keynote address at DICE 2009. Say what you will about Gabe and Valve, his thoughts on DRM and piracy are refreshing coming from someone that actually makes games.
DRM decreases service value for customers. It also makes pirated copies of games look more appealing. Anecdotal evidence appears to suggest that DRM is increasing and not decreasing piracy.

Yes that's right you fucks. One of the biggest names in your industry has sold you all out and told the fucking truth!
Also - definitely poison the burgers, he's a porker!
Also also - 75% sale = 1470% increase in sales - At 75% off, they are making 15% more money than they were at full price. Sell things cheaper fuckers!
