As ISS Industry Manager I am responsible for maximising the profits of the ISS POS's for both the member coorporations and the ISS Alliance. I will work closely with ISSL, the Regional Coordinators and Station Managers and ISS Heavy Industry to achieve this. I also intend to be able to offer advice to new member corps on industrial output, including moon locations, reactions, logistics and to a limited extent, marketing and sales. What I do not intend to do however is catalogue every POS in every corp in the Alliance. Nor will I be telling people what to produce or where.
I intend to drive industry by using industry. When ISS Heavy Industry goes into production it will create a significant demand for Advanced Materials which we will buy exclusively from ISS Corps. I will concentrate on one area to start with and if successful, I intend to expand operations to other areas where ISS is active.
I hope that by doing this we will be able to harness some of the latent industrial power in the Alliance whilst enabling some of our corps to develop profitable businesses too.
