Full story is this:

Harrgoth, a BNC member with full director rights, got bored of BoB and starts looking elsewhere. In a corp hunt with an alt, he starts talking to Goons (amongst others) and liking what he heard joined. Once in he got ahold of The Mittani and made claims that he was a BoB Director. Mittani, not believing this, asked for proof. BoB forum access was supplied and verified with other log-ins to make sure it wasn't a spoof site. Mittani, now sure he had a rogue BoB director on his hands, got Harrgoth to use his alt in TINFOIL (BoBs executor corp) to kick all the BoB corps, and then use Harrgoth to reset all BNC standings, steal an assload of BNC assets from corp hangers in NPC station and kick a load of BNC members, striping roles from anyone else he could.

Nice of it to happen though, if only someone were to repay the favour with the Goons, I'd be seriously tempted to rejoin eve.

Evevn if Bob does crumble and not reform under a new name (doubtful), the anti-bob coalition will fall apart and start ripping each other apart. AAA is still pummeling the goons (and taken a region off them already), wouldn't it be hilarious if all the Bob corps just joined AAA?

For those who've not been following - IAC died a long time ago thanks to AAA.

RA collapsed and mostly joined AAA. BDCI (Selene's corp from MC) recently joined AAA too.

However, even though AAA are fast becoming the new super alliance, without BoB backing they will struggle to hold ground against GSF (Goons, TCF and friends), even though Goons participation has been way down in recent weeks.

I suspect BoB might use the opportunity to strip alot of the crap out and reform. It's not the first time they've been hit hard.

Goons are still twats and have done more to drag Eve into the gutter than any other group of players.

I like seeing these big alliances fall apart.

Goons were responsible for blob tactics becoming the defacto tactic, and ruining solo 0.0 hunting and pirating imo.

Small gangs were alright, but 30+ frigs were stupid.

U'K is working with AAA at the moment against some of the Providence lot, operating out of the ZXIC/F4 stations... when I jump my carrier down tonight it'll be like going home

And what is almost definately gonna happen is that old Bob corps simply create a new alliance, they all join and sov timers start ticking again. Barring the lack of cyno jammers causing some problems for a few weeks I bet they'll still hold Delve at the end of it...
