seems that
Methane Empire (254-3), Terminus Empire (332-2) The Trantor Empire (332-1) and The cyborg Empire (318-3) all have design's on the ROBO/Clam sector.
I'm still getting going, and need to build some more fleets yet.
Oh, and there is a free slot in the sector now too. (xbgwjy0k)
