Video Memory

What exactly is Shared System Memory. Is it what Windows is using of my RAM?

Is there a way to reduce this value so that I have more RAMs available or is it not worth changing?

I think it's some amount of your ram windows can allocate to help your GPU along under load.

It'll only be used when needed, and is shared, so shouldn't stop other stuff using it 99% of the time.

:above: I would say that. Looks to be your card detecting paging files and showing what it has to draw on if need be. I doubt it would actually use any of that unless crysis was being played. If you really want you can turn them off, but I wouldn't bother with your system, the speed changes +/- would be negligible.

I looked a bit more about this.

Basically Fista offers your graphics card real memory to use as a texture cache kind of thing, so you don't have so much slowdown once you've ran out of memory on the card (as pete says, not super likely mostly) it's a good thing™

Doesn't use your memory unless it needs to, and when it needs to, it's better that it does, rather than using your HDD/paging file.

That's rather good. Actual memory for offloading onto instead of the paging file, they managed to get at least one good idea into fista then (as long as it actually works that is).

I imagine it does.

I actually don't think Fista is that bad, just a bit unfinished.
