for those of you who are bored by my excessive ramblings you'll be pleased to know that i have dislocated my left shoulder after dismounting from a horse head first. i won't be very vocal until i can type properly again.
and yes, i do love horses:
proof. actually you can only just see the top of my blue hat behind the navy guy at the back. f@%kin press only ever want shots of harry (the number 2 shirt). but he missed that shot and i scored the goal, so there

I don't I was stuck in a slow-moving queue of traffic on the Fosse yesterday, 20 minutes crawling along, while all the time clearly visible above all the cars was the cause of the obstruction - the back of a truck with the word "HORSES" on it in foot-high letters.

Have you ever dislocated yoru shoulder before?
It's one of those horrible injuries that if not treated properly can come back again and again. I'm sure you're in safe hands though, hope it feels better soon.

thanks wey. it's not really dislocated but the end of my collar bone where it's supposed to join my shoulder is waving about unattached and it's all bruised right along to my other shoulder which is the most painful bit.
to add insult to injury i've sprained my rght thumb too, which makes opening the bottle of painkillers really painful
