I just got it today, stupidly they've put embedded video into it, so it doesn't actually work. However, there's some writing that says

Is it just me or is that quote from the RA series? I don't remember very well. If it is, then that's more than a little intriguing.An anonymous source recently sent a video communication (see right) our way from an unknown Yellow Zone. According to the source, something MAJOR will be revealed at the Leipzig Games Convention in Germany that is going to shake the very foundation of the Global Defense Initiative (GDI) and rattle the spines of every human on the planet. The source ended with the quote below.
"He who controls the past commands the future. He who commands the future conquers the past."
