I'll go with yes, but only with the mod. There's a reason DOD:S died as fast as it did.

Shame, that mod looked to be what it needed. It always irked me that you couldn't reliably hit a spot on a wall even with your pistol pressed against it.

I voted Nay because i've never played it, but if the bullet spread is as horrible as you say it is, then never mind. Still, bolt action rifles FTW!

I'd play DoD:S if 5punkers were playing, but that ProDoD mod is still available:

Given prodod was last updated in 2006, and dod:s was updated to the orange box in 2008, I'm not surprised it doesn't work.

I'm not sure if it is worth having a spunky server for this as there are so many out there already.

However if you horse-lovers play this I shall too, 'tis a good game.

DoD 1 FTW

I used to love using the bazooka as a sniper rifle

Also has super sekrit sniping spot on Charlie

If we do need a server for DoD 1 I can recommend invading Frenchys Pit, I used to be an admin there and it is a very ace and fair place to play
