Fuck new years. I have to work on New Years Eve.

My shift is typically 3:30pm to Midnight. I asked to get out a little early so I can enjoy new years, so they're letting me get out at a *very generous* 11:30pm. It takes me 35 minutes to drive home. Bastards.

I'll probably just end up going to a drunken gathering of my friends somewhere. It'll be something like 1AM everyone will be tipsy. They'll all be too far ahead in the game for me. Last time i tried to play "catch up"... ... well, let's just say it wasn't pretty
