Operation new bits success

Well after a 2 week delay my new GFX card and psu arived ready for collection. Took a couple of hours to sort out (bloody extra psu cables) but tis now alive and kicking.

PSU Details:

Wait, you're spending "all teh cash" on fancy new graphics and stuff? but you've not even been tempted to swap away from default coolers for CPU? I think doing that stuff can cause all sort of great fun, especially when it gives you the chance to do some overclocking. Try getting a zalman, or is "all teh cash" gone now?

Ps. Lovely graphics card, want to get rid of the older one by any chance? :aww:

narf, the stock cooler is fine, even with low end overclocking.

also, given the upgrade route he's taking (graphics/psu now, cpu/ram/mobo later) it would be pretty pointless to replace the cooler (given the upgrade could go am2 or conroe)

AM2 is tempting me for next month.
