This is easily one of the nicest PC mods I have seen in a long time. The retro styling and top notch craftsmanship make this HTPC something anyone would be proud to have on display in their home. Kudos to "slipperyskip" for a mod well done.

although i wish he went for the little meter in the middle, would've been more awesome.

It really is lovely.
I'm not sure I like the ports on the front, mind.

It's a beauty, but they really need re-siting or camouflage, ruin the look for me.

Could have put them between the vanes on the front.

I don't like it.

Apart from the fact that the sockets are 'orrible, and he bottled using a VU/Ampage meter for the middle bit, something just doesn't sit well about it.

Can't quite place my finger on it, I think it might be due to it being a mix between Art Decor and Streamlining, but not leaning towards either to make it seem pretty. Or it could be that it's all veneered.

It's a little strange as I loved the other old radio mod where a PC was shoehorned into an old 40/50's radio.

I do appreciate the work put into it though.
