After waiting a few months for the dust to settle on the post-apocalyptic world of
Fallout 3, Bethesda announced today that it would be returning in January with the first of three new DLC packs for the game.
As you likely know, they'll be coming to the 360 and PC, with no PS3 plans in sight. Straight from the company's release:
- -Operation: Anchorage: Enter a military simulation and fight in one of the greatest battles of the Fallout universe - the liberation of Anchorage, Alaska from its Chinese Communist invaders. An action-packed battle scheduled for release in January.
-The Pitt: Journey to the industrial raider town called The Pitt, located in the remains of Pittsburgh. Choose your side. Scheduled for release in February.
-Broken Steel: Join the ranks of the Brotherhood of Steel and rid the Capital Wasteland of the Enclave remnants once and for all. Continues the adventure past the main quest. Scheduled for release in March.
PC gamers that just can't wait for new content will be happy to hear that they don't have to: Bethesda also revealed that content creation tools for the game, dubbed the Garden of Eden Creation Kit, will arrive on PC next month.
You've come a long way since horse armor, baby.

Hopefully, but the time that these are released, I may have actually completed the main game! I can tell that it's going to be a very game for me though, as like some others, I'm walking everywhere and exploring everything. I'm also hoarding like a mad thing.

I tend to hoard lots of stuff so I went for someone strong so I'd not run out of space all the time. Unfortunately this meant I ran out of space just as often but I had far more crap to sort through when I did

I tried that but irony got to him first! He was in Megaton and said I was too much of a goody good for him to join me, so I became an instant badass but blowing up a nuke...

Where would I get me one of them? I think my current status is currently lingering around the Devil Incarnate so I don't think he would join me

I fear that my character is going to end up being straight down the middle of the karmameter, which is probably less useful than being at one side or the other.

There is a perk which gives you good stuff if you remain in karmic limbo (can't remember the name though)

Unplug your horns, detach your tail, buy a glory and a pair of wings, and do the main questline.
