After wondering why I hadn't tried the Amiga emulator on my PSP (Soon to be rectified!) I found this on the site that hosts the PSP Amiga emulator:

http://www.djcresswell.com/amigaonline/guide.html

How to play these (any many other) classic amiga games online:

Alien Breed
Chaos Engine
Golden Axe
North & South
Speedball 2
Worms
Llamatron

It works through WinUAE and seems fairly straightforward, I simply must try this out!!, results to follow... probably

I thought this was going to allow me to play in a amiga games in a browser, like this. I challenge you to complete the first screen of Manic Miner at 800-900% speed. If you click the speed bar it will change to about 250%, if you want to be a lightweight. :)

I can't complete the first screen of Manic Miner on normal speed. I have a copy on my computer, for some reason.

I was foiled by BitTorrent. After 20 minutes of the game package being on 0.0% I gave up.

I've been playing North and South in my head though. Also, they might be gettable (just made that word up there) from Home Of The Underdogs.

I think they changed the URL. I've had a couple of problems with it but they only lasted a few hours.

Have they got Cannon Fodder? I used to love that games. Also Dune 2 (just don't tell Joose in case he gets the rage).

My version of Manic Miner is a 905kb file. If anyone wants it, poke me on msn or something and I'll happily send it over.

Its only for multiplayer games, can't remember if Dune 2 was or not.

It works by having one player using Joystick input 0 and the other on joystick input 1, the keyboard is actually shared between the 2 players!, sounds a bit weird and could lead to some comedy cheating

In other news, I did manage to get UAE working on my PSP, although it's a bit slow I enjoyed a quick blast on Turrican 2 :w00t:

Also loaded up PSP Doom and got the Duke Nukem WAD file working on it :boogie:
