Righty. Belmer's in the Lambley Building in Lamport Hills. He's secured the doors and nibbled on of the other zombies there, but as a Zambah that's pretty much all he can do to help.

I reckon the best plan to get him revived is:
1. clear out all the zombies bar him
2. kill him (but don't dump the body - this'll make randoms dumping him less likely)
3. 'cade the building
4. power it
5. Belmer stands up and gets revived
6. .....
7. Profit (in the form of me spending some of the 1400+ XP I have on Harman skills)

on the plus/downside, the RP i setup is getting pretty busy.
