Hehehe, it's a rank not a punishment. Nobody's got there before so that's why it hasn't been noticed, but check the rank icons thread for it. There's quite a few new ones in there (including the Tremor Worm that I think Deej has). If nobody likes the CDC I'll replace it with something else though.
