What do these NecroTech syringes do? My third crit has two but hes infected.

They revive zombies to human form, but it takes 10AP to use one on a zombie. Also, they don't work on zombies with brain rot.
To cure your infection you need a first aid kit - these can be found in hospitals or someone else may cure you. Careful when you're infected, each AP you use causes your health to drop by 1.
