Planning on having a night of passion with a pepper mill on Nov 13th then?

I complained about this a while ago, before spore turned out to be shit and clear sky had more bugs than a bucket of assorted hemiptera.
I hope the horse game is as good as pippa funnell: the stud farm
Promises to be a decent year for games anyway

I have to admit, they do seem to be coming in a rush.
Farcry 2: Oct 21 - Apparently good, will probably buy
Petz Horsez Club: Oct 21 - How could it be bad (apart from gramatically)?
Red Alert 3: Oct 27 - Not my bag
Fallout 3: Oct 28 - Has potential, will wait and see
COD5: Nov 11 - Definately a wait and see, but should provide some decent MP if nothing else
Itchy Ring: Nov 13 - I don't know if there's anything in here for my lowbie ass, but it'll probably rekindle my interest in the big W whether I buy it or not.
Left4Dead: Nov 17 - They'll have to really cock it up to make me dislike it
Empire Total War: Feb 09 - See Red Alert 3
Should leave me with a game a month at least until Christmas.

FC2, F3, CoD5 and L4D are the only ones getting my money, the rest might get a sweep.
Apart from itchy ring, I'm not sure about that. Partly I'm wary of being made to pay £20-30 for an extra few levels etc, when the other MMO I play gives pretty big expansions with new content 3 times a year. not on the same scale as MGF admittedly.

Looks like RA3 will be getting a fairly good reception. Despite not liking RTSs (because I'm rubbish at them), I'm glad to see one getting popularity on the forums.

Am I allowed to reply to my own thread?
Farcry 2: Yet another linear FPS
Petz Horsez Club:
Red Alert 3: Yet another generic RTS
Fallout 3: Definitely buy.
COD5: See FC2
Itchy Ring: Probably end up getting this as I'm currently playing with a good bunch of people and quite enjoy the end game raiding
Left4Dead: might buy just for the coop sillyness
Empire Total War: I appear to be the only one who likes these games. I shall mention it no more as it has no other interest on 5punk.

I am interested in all of the aforementioned titles, except the horses one which I couldn't give a left-handed distracted wank about.
I predict my schedule to be as follows:
Farcry 2: Oct 21-23
LittleBigPlanet - 24 October-later on Oct 24 evening
Fable 2 - Oct 24-26
Red Alert 3: Oct 27
Fallout 3: Oct 28-Nov 10
COD5: Nov 11-12
Itchy Ring: Nov 13-Evar
Left4Dead: Quick go with 5punkers on Nov 17 before going back to Fairyland
Which is a pain in the arse given there's been nothing all summer, but then the game publishers don't exactly loose sleep over the fact that I don't play their games very much, only that I buy them.

I think they are fucking awesome, but there are elements in Rome that I liked better than Medieval 2 and vice-versa. Hopefully this new release has the best bits from both.

Farcry 2: I don't seem to get on well with FPSs, so
LittleBigPlanet: This is what?
Fable 2: Bleh, single player RPGs
Red Alert 3:

Fallout 3:Bleh, single player RPGs
COD5: See FC2
Itchy Ring:

WOW
Left4Dead: hmmmm, multiplayer FPS

Farcry 2: I'll be trying a demo before making my mind up, for a stress test and gameplay review.
Red Alert 3: The beta was okay, but the co-op singplayer has me interested. Probably will buy
Fallout 3: Yeah, if it's anything like oblivion it'll be sitting on my PC soon enough.
COD5: Another COD set in the past. Only reason I got COD4 was because they'd modernised it. Pass.
Itchy Ring: Mmmnno. Assuming this is lich king, and not aforementioned erotic peppermill.
Left4Dead: Yes, quite. If valve have any sense they'll be releasing this for pre-load pretty soon.
Empire Total War: Very no.

I'm guessing you mean sweep; I'm pretty sure they said there won't be a demo because it's all so open. I'd love to be wrong though.
