What ships/fits are good for bumping carriers out of station dock range? Clearly a Machariel is the preferred option, but is there anything cheap and cheerful that can do it?

Can be cloaked and run very fast so great lineup, uncloak, hit mwd and boinggg...with decent fit and snakes can easily hit 15k ^^
