DVD writer and a CDR/W/DVD combo drive
a fancy little fan controller for saveing my ears
160gig sata drive, soon to be moved to the server and raided as an samba server

Server, in't basement:
duron 1800 or something like, can't remember exactly
512meg of crushal value select or somthing
a TNT2 gfx card :D (no monitor though so it's not an issue)

Lappy:
an old 300mhz p2 with 192 meg-o-ram
it's saveing grace is that it's a toughbook :D and i could kill a man with it
