"learning skills" make your learning speed go up, but your character continues to learn a skill you have set, even if you are offline. when you finish the tutorial, the Implant you get as a reward gives a small boost to learning, but you'd be better off selling it. go for at least one level in all the "learning" skills, (like i didnt, and wondered why everything took ages), but then the world is your oyster.Bob47 wrote:and on another note how do i get mt skill thingys to go up faster it is tediously slow also do they only go up while you are playing or when you are ofline aswell
