I've not had chance to play the game yet, but I've created three characters because I can't decide what to play:
Pantwerd - Man, Lore Bloke
Forenrond - Elf, Hunter
Badgerella - Hobbit, Guardian

I maed a Human Lore Mistress called Kittysan, but might make a Captain called Kittysama as well if I struggle with the former as much as I used to.
Do we have some sort of guild going on? I can't really remember how it all works.
I shall probably go to the Shire once I'm out of Archet and do the quests there, as they are the ones I remember enjoying most last time I played.

OP says PM Wiggy for an invite. However, since Sheriff and Tandino are the only 5punkers I've seen playing it in weeks I'm wondering if it's worth the effort.

Well it's worth me joining the guild so people know when I'm on - XFire doesn't register me playing it as I have to 'runas' non-administrator in Fista 64. I'll have to remember to set it as my status next time I'm on.

You could just add us as friends. Incidentally, what advantage does being in a fellowship have?

Practically? Bugger all. There is guild housing for storage but they don't really do very much. The social aspect is about the only thing I use my Kinship for.
/edit Oh, you said Fellowship. Did you mean Kinship?
Fellowship=Group
Kinship=Guild

Guess the previous post answers my question... :-(
Well, just in case: I have a lifetime membership for LOTRO.
As a casual gamer, I attended a support group to wean "off" of Warcrack and my level 55 Paladin, so now I drop in on LOTRO very "casually". :-)
However, I'm on Gladden, so even if anyone WAS playing, I doubt I'd see any of you there.
My main is "Vershana" (surprise), a level 35 hunter, but I have a minstral, loremaster, guardian and champion at various levels and between them, I have all professions covered except scholar.

The free to play servers seem to be the US ones, so I made a character on Gladden, though it recommended Imladris.
