ISSN didn't catch him, but did manage to chase him off, but he just came back 1/2 hour later

Grrr, those two have been hanging around KDF and nearby systems for a couple of days now, looking for easy kills. They're getting over confident cos most people are ignoring them. Tried to persuade ISSN to get em but they got embroiled in a big nasty RAT fleet instead.

Same happened today. They just left him there

/edit; I just realised that this isn't consistent with my earlier post. Letme clarify; early morning ISSN happened to come through his camp at the time I was heading to marge. Later on they were off in ZX chasing rabbits (or RATS, or sommat) and left him and Tzaiwan where they were in the did pipe (which I don't understand, coz they would hevae been an easy kill fro a semi organised rabble, I'd guess. In fact, I was heading down fro some tackling mods when I got hit, which has a somewhat bitter irony to it....

My suggestion is scouting from POS -> Marge in a BC. That'll learn em. Unless I run into someone harder, of course, in which case it'll learn me.

I rekon that a BC scouting ahead would have them running to an SS, you could then get the hauler though in your own sweet time. These guys don't seem to have support (at least in the mornings). Tzaiwan was, however, baiting for a 6 ship fleet in KDF this aftyernoon. Gladly I don't think anyone took the bait. I was going to say something disparaging about chinese women then, but i'll hold my tongue.

Hmm. Happened to me too last night. But your tactic worked. Synopsis:

Mano hauling crap back and forth to Marginis, with me scouting in a rifter and Silver in his blackbird. Lee was ratting at the POS. Got down to Marginis no probs but on the way back Chongus logged on in S-U. After some dilly dallying we managed to get Lee, me and Silver all in the same place as Chongus. He ran, I chased in a Rifter which took me out of Silver's ECM range at which point he turned, popped an podded me. The others got away safely. My bad.

His favoured tactic is to camp a gate, follow you through the jump and pop a bubble the other side. He also has an extremely fast MWD on board (he outran my Rifter np). But he is wary of bc's and is a very slippery fish - he has ss all over these systems and ISSN is wary of him cos he can call support from VIRII very quickly.

Therefore, small fleets of 3 or 4 are the max to take on this guy. He could be caught using my patented tackler badger of doooom, fitted with armour plates and dual webbers, backed up by a blackbird, perhaps another long range tackler and something to do damage (couple of frigs would do it).

Did I mention that I'd dearly love to pop this guy?
