Windows XP Service Pack 3

Yep.
Have they fixed the supposed bootloop yet? Last I heard it was related to manufacturers putting the Intel version on AMD PCs, but I've not heard anything since (because mine was fine and so I stopped caring).

That was only HP and compaq PCs afaik. They released a patch for it.

I still haven't got round to installing SP3, has anyone else done it? does it cause any problems and is there any noticable improvements?

Nothing went nipples north.

Noticabley faster boot and general OS use.

SP3 is fine. I've been running it on both my PCs for quite a while with no issues.

Why did you wait so long to d o SP2 DP??

Um, I had a problem with my copy of XP :ahoy:

Probably easy ways around it but I couldn't be arsed finding one.
