My computer seems to have decided that photobucket has dissapeared, and is refusing to admit its existance. Images people link to either show up as a broken image or a link saying "hosted by photobucket", and I cant access the site itself. This seems to suggest that something is blocking it somewhere, but I cant work out what. Any clues?

Photobucket doesn't exist and has never existed, it was just your imagination.

Assuming you're at home and not on an office network it could be a routing issue with your ISP. Using
http://www.samspade.org/t/lookat?a=photobucket.com can you ping the IP it gives you?

Cache cleared, still no joy.
Wierdly, I can ping it, its just wont show up in firefox or IE.
I shall try it on one of the other computers in the house later.

ooh, how odd. Its just suddenly started working again.
no pictures, refreshed page, pictures.
ah well, never mind.
