Just saw a sort of spam-vertisement on the PCG boards for this:

It looks like a commercial release, which I doubt anyone will be wanting to pay for with the amount of MMONGs we've got at the moment, but I've never heard of it and I'm curious if anyone else has. It's certainly different in that it has a sci-fi setting (Anarchy and TR notwithstanding).

Could be good but I'll reserve further interest until nearer the release.

Ah, I hadn't realised it hadn't been released. Even so, I'm surprised I've never heard of it.
